We create, implement, review and update all emergency, contingency and regulatory plans to the approval of the regulatory authorities, including:
We plan and conduct drills and exercises as well as testing of all emergency, contingency and regulatory plans to meet regulatory authority requirements and ensure ports, harbours and marine facilities are ready to respond to real life incidents.
We undertake a range of detailed inspections and assessments of facilities to identify any issues and provide advice and solutions to ensure compliance with legal and other requirements and reduce risk.
This includes for the conduct of facility Health Checks conducted in line with PMSC requirements.
We create, implement, review and update policies, procedures and safe systems of work to suit business needs.
These can cover all aspects of business including strategic, operational, marine or shore aspects and are always delivered with business needs at the core.
We are qualified PFSOs who undertake PFSO and Deputy PFSO duties on behalf of port facilities, in line with the ISPS Code.
This can be either strategic or operational, depending on your requirements.
We can provide a range of feasibility studies in connection with all aspects of port, harbour or marine facility development, including options appraisals, infrastructure upgrade and commercial growth.
